Family Law Attorney Associate
We’re seeking a divorce and family law associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The associate will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload involving court appearances, legal research, drafting, settlement negotiations, and routine communication with clients.
This position is full time (40 hours weekly) and based on-site in our Northwest Austin, Texas office.
Capps Law Firm’s practice focuses exclusively on family law matters in Central Texas – specifically Travis County, Williamson County, and Hays County. This includes multi-jurisdictional matters involving these Texas counties and other states or countries.
